AccuScore is a sports simulation company that plays each game over 10,000 times and provides the results of those simulations to consumers, business, TV, and other outlets to use as needed.  Each sport simulation has been carefully programmed to be as realistic as possible as play calling and game play changes depending on a variety of factors.  We use over 110 different variables to identify, weight, and rank players, teams, and coaches to produce the most accurate sports simulation and predictions available today.

Jason Manasse – CEO & Co-founder
As CEO of AccuScore, Jason Manasse leads the company’s vision and appearance in the market place.  In his role, Manasse is responsible for the overall company, establishing and negotiating the major relationships and is accountable for all financial aspects of the business.  He lead the company through two rounds of funding, taken the company to profitability, and secured deals with the major industry players, and plays an integral role in the development of the company’s products.  Prior to founding the Company, Manasse spent 8 years in Business Development, Sales, and Marketing in software sales and licensing including distribution deals of over $2 million in under a year-and-a-half.  He also managed the renegotiation and evaluation of technology agreements that led to company saving more than $1 million dollars. Manasse spent over 6 years at Quisic.com structuring licensing deals, raising capital, maintaining low overhead, and selling to new markets.  Manasse holds a BA in Communications from Vanderbilt University.

Stephen Oh – COO & Co-founder
Oh serves as COO and is the Co-Founder of AccuScore.  In his role, he oversees all product strategy, specifically in the area of developing and managing new and existing products.  He is also responsible for creating original prototypes and concepts that are the foundation for ODAC’s simulation engines. Prior to joining ODAC, Oh served as the COO and CFO for Set Resources, Inc., a Santa Monica based entertainment-marketing firm.  While there, he managed daily operations, client services and directed corporate strategy.  During his tenure, he oversaw a prestigious roster of clients including Proctor & Gamble, Nestle and The Dial Corp., and increased the firm’s revenues by 100 percent for each of his three years with the company.  Prior to that, Oh was a corporate operations and strategy consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, playing a key role in the development of major B2B online marketplaces including Chemconnect (serving the chemical industry) and Transora (for the consumer packaged goods market). 
Oh earned a master’s degree in Biological Anthropology from the University of Michigan.  It was during his graduate work that he learned many of the forecasting techniques, which served as the early basis for ODAC’s core technology.  In addition to his love of statistical analysis, Oh is an avid sports fan who watches more than 40 hours of sports programming a week.

Mark Nielsen – Chairman of the Board
Mark Nielsen has more than 15 years of board experience working with high tech companies and organizations.  His 17 years as a CEO for 6 companies, both private and public, give him a unique hands-on background for the challenges faced by companies in all phases.  Mark has raised over $20 million in capital, been involved in more than 6 acquisitions from both sides of the table, and overseen both startups and turnarounds.  He has an almost 20 year background in the wireless industry, as well as software. Mark has served at the board level with startups, closely-held private companies, a national trade association, and a small public company.  He is currently the Chairman of ISD Corporation, a private software company, and Chairman/CEO of Wireless21.  Mark has also served on the boards of the American Electronics Association, Avery Communications, Inc. (OTC BB:ATEX), Jazz Institute of Chicago, NetCaliph, Inc., Primal Solutions, Inc.,  and Subscriber Computing, Inc.  He has also been active on advisory boards for a number of startup/early-stage technology companies.
Raised in Chicago, Mark received his Bachelors degree from Northwestern University.  He currently is a Tech Coast Angel and a member of the Orange Coast Venture Group and Forum for Corporate Directors.

Scott Ehrlich – Board of Directors
As Chief Executive Officer of Agility Studios, Mr. Ehrlich is responsible for day-to-day business operations including strategy, marketing initiatives, creative development and developing key industry partnerships. He also serves as Executive Producer on Agility’s properties including The LXD (Paramount), Ultradome (MSN) and The Tastemaker (MSN).As a media industry leader, Mr. Ehrlich brings more than a decade of top-tier television and Internet management experience to Agility. Mr. Ehrlich is a proven innovator in the creation and distribution of digital video, who in the past six years has bought and sold more than $200 million in digital content. Throughout his career Mr. Ehrlich has fostered numerous high-level strategic deals with major media entities including CNN, MLB, WSJ.com, NBA, E! Entertainment, FOX Sports, Starz, PGA Tour  and Playboy.
Before joining Agility, Mr. Ehrlich founded and served as the Managing Partner at Impulse Media, a Seattle-based digital business consulting company and Red Tie, Inc., a development company with offices in New York and Seattle. Through Impulse Media, he served as a consultant and advisor to senior management at Sony Pictures Digital Networks, Rivals.com, Infospace, Disney/ABC Digital Media Group, Navio Systems, DivX, iFilm (now part of MTV Networks, Inc.), Lightningcast (sold to AOL), Rhythm Networks, BBC, Weather Channel and Microsoft.
Prior to forming Impulse Media and Red Tie, Mr. Ehrlich served as Vice President of Media Acquisition and Distribution for RealNetworks (www.real.com).  During his tenure, he developed key strategies, negotiated, implemented and managed product deals and relationships for the site’s GoldPass and SuperPass services and drove growth of its services to more than 1 million subscribers. Previously, Mr. Ehrlich was Executive Vice-President and General Manager of Rival Networks (www.rivals.com), where he oversaw all aspects of the business including advertising sales, e-commerce, content, business development, marketing, public relations and creative services.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Ehrlich was the Senior Vice President and Executive Producer of News America Digital Publishing, where he was, responsible for all editorial, production, technology and product development for News Corporation's content-based digital publishing ventures, including FOX.com, FoxNews.com, tvguide.com and FoxSports.com.
Mr. Ehrlich received his master’s degree from The Graduate School of Political Management, now part of George Washington University and his undergraduate degree from Kenyon College.

Barry Dorf  – Board of Directors
16-years game veteran Barry Dorf currently holds the position of Director of 3rd Party Product Development for ngmoco:). Earlier in his tenure at ngmoco:), Barry produced the critically-acclaimed Adventure Bay social mobile game and ran development for the Mobage Developer portal.
Previously in his career, Barry co-founded social gaming network GameStrata after spending 12 years at Electronic Arts working on the Madden franchise and the Pogo platform. When not delighting 3rd party developers, Barry enjoys winemaking on Treasure Island and finely tuning the Sabermetrics of his keeper fantasy baseball team, currently in its 20th season.

image Brian McGuigan – Board of Directors
Brian serves as president and chief compliance officer of Stonnington Group. He also leads the firm's alternative investments effort and is responsible for making investments in early-stage companies, leading small leveraged buyouts and allocating capital to private equity and hedge funds. Brian joined the Stonnington Group following his graduation, with honors, from USC's Marshall School of Business where he earned an MBA with a concentration in finance.  Prior to attending business school, Brian was based in London and worked as a consultant in the UK and Europe.  Brian is a CAIA designee and holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
