Dean Bergeron

Dean started his career in the auto parts industry in 1984 working the counter at the local NAPA store and he has spent the last seven years here at eEuroparts. com as our Customer Service manager. After almost thirty years he still enjoys helping people find the parts they need to get their cars back on the road. With experience in both classic and modern era car parts Dean has the knowledge to help guide you through maintaining your first generation 900 Saab to servicing that new 3 series BMW and everything in between.
Dean’s time off is usually spent at one of the local baseball fields or batting cages coaching multiple age levels of youth baseball from Little League  to AAU . The same patient and understanding attitude that you hear on the phone serve him on the field as a coach as well.  Dean enjoys almost any outdoor activity that can be shared with friends and family. According to Dean, “Hunting, fishing, canoeing or just hanging out by the campfire with a cold one is always a good time”.  Dean’s daily driver is a 2001 BMW 740il and he performs much of the usual maintenance himself. When the New England weather permits he also enjoys riding one of his two motorcycles….a 2004 Triumph Bonneville and a 1991 Harley Davidson Heritage Softail.  Dean claims “I turn wrench on my own cars and bikes to save money and to teach my sons about self-reliance. The satisfaction that comes with knowing that it was done right and some quiet time in the garage is just a bonus”.
Dean’s favorite automotive experience is sharing the Nurburgring  “BMW Ring Taxi” ride with his sister and brother in law.  “My sister terrorized me and everyone else that had the displeasure to ride with her. It was pure joy to see her holding on for her life as Sabine Schmitz piloted the M5 around the ring at speeds that few ever approach. My sister was actually green… it was hilarious”.

Andy Mumford

With 20 years experience in the automotive industry and certifications from Honda, Mazda, Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Andy is more than qualified to answer any of your automotive parts questions. With a passion for service and reliability, Andy works hard to ensure every customer is a satisfied customer.
"I look forward to helping you with any of your automotive needs. I got my start in the automotive field working part time as a teenager mounting tires at Town Fair Tire. I have Modified many of my own vehicles including lifting my trucks and stuffing 35" mudder tires on it to Lowering my Acura RSX to an inch off the ground. In my spare time I enjoy Boating, camping, playing my bass guitar, and cruising in my Corvette.." - Andy

Bill Cross

With over 10 years working as a parts professional for Honda and multiple certifications from the Honda motor corp, Bill is ready to take your questions. Eager to help and put his know-how to work, Bill is enthusiastic about each call he receives. With 15 years spent repairing and restoring class VW's, Bill is the guy to talk to for your parts needs.
"My first car was a 1975 Volkswagen beetle and one of my first jobs was at a garage. I learned everything I could from the well experienced technicians and began working on my own car. I spent 10 years working at a Honda dealership as a parts professional. While there I earned several certificates from Honda Motor Corp. I have owned and restored several aircooled VWs over the years and still do today." - Bill

Aaron Hilliman

Aaron is a hard working individual with customer service experience and a passion for cars. Aaron is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction and service. A Audi owner himself, Aaron enjoys spending his weekends cruising around in his 99 A4.

Zak Morawski

With over 12 years of customer service experience, Zak has a passion for working with people. Always willing to assist a customer with any issue, Zak is prepared to go the extra mile to make sure every customer interaction is a good one.
"My passion for cars started in my early teens, wrenching on import tuners to take drifting on the weekends. Driving down to Englishtown, NJ to burn a tank of gas and go through a set of junkyard tires in a matter of hours never got old. I've since then moved away from the tuner scene and own a more luxurious daily driver.
